SHIPMENTS SPAIN AND PORTUGAL
FREE shipping for orders over €50
We ship to Spain and Portugal Peninsula in 1 to 2 days for only €4.90 *
* Except for exceptional dates of high demand such as Black Friday, Christmas, when we exceptionally change our delivery time to 2 to 3 days.
NORMAL DELIVERY
For shipments to Spain and mainland Portugal we use the urgent service of SEUR 1 to 2 days . Its cost is €4.90, being FREE in mainland Spain for orders over €50
For shipments to Spain, the Balearic Islands, we use the 3 to 5 service days and its cost is €6.90 .
Shipments are not made to the Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
If you need your order to arrive earlier and ensure that it arrives in the morning, we have a 24-hour Express delivery (Only for purchases made before 12 noon) its cost is €6.90 . This service is only available for orders to Peninsular Spain and for cities where Seur delivers regularly. For towns or villages far from a Seur delegation it is not possible to hire this service.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
EUROPE EU 3 to 5 business days for only €14.90 and with a minimum order of €40
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Greece, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, the Czech Republic, Sweden and Switzerland (shipments up to 2 kg. weight or volume delivery 3 to 5 days from Monday to Friday delivery SEUR / DPD .

FREQUENT QUESTIONS
1. Do you have free shipping costs from a certain amount?
Yes, you will enjoy free shipping costs for orders over €50 in products if the shipment is delivered to Spain. This promotion is valid and not applicable to other destinations in the EU.
All orders received before 2:00 p.m. on a business day are processed and delivered to the courier that same day.
The transit time of packages to the Peninsula is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, not holidays at origin or destination).
The transit time of packages to the Balearic Islands is 2 to 3 days on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays at origin or destination).
3. Can I pick up my order at your store in Barcelona?
Yes, you can pick up your order at our store in Barcelona. You only have to choose this option in the confirmation of your order. When your package is ready to be picked up, we will send you an email to notify you.
