WOW CLUB Terms and Conditions

1. Object and Acceptance
By registering for the WOW CLUB loyalty program at La Fiesta de Olivia, the user agrees to become a member of the club and receive our communications. This subscription is a prerequisite for membership and to enjoy its benefits.

2. Obtaining Points
Participation is free. Points are earned as follows:

  • Welcome: 25 points upon joining the WOW CLUB (assigned only once).

  • Shopping: 1€ spent = 1 point (valid in online and physical store).

  • Birthday: 20 bonus points. Condition: You must have provided your date of birth and been subscribed at least 30 days prior to the date.

  • Social networks: 10 points for following us on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube

3. Redemption of Points (Value)
Points do not expire. The redemption rate is 100 points = €5 discount .

  • 100 points = €5

  • 200 points = €10

  • 300 points = €15

  • 400 points = €20

The exchange requires a minimum purchase of one item. Discounts do not apply to shipping costs.

4. Privacy and Communications: Why do we need your email?

The WOW CLUB is a 100% digital program designed to reward you. This means your email address is the key to your account : it's the only secure channel we have to send you your €5 discount vouchers, notify you when you earn points for your purchases, send you your birthday gift, and all the other club benefits.

What does this mean for you?

  1. We will not spam you: We will only write to you to give you good news (accumulated points, early access to sales like Black Friday, Private Sales and launches).

  2. You are in control: If at any time you decide you no longer want to receive emails, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the link at the bottom of our emails.

  3. The logical consequence: By unsubscribing from our communications, our system will no longer have a way to send you your rewards. Therefore, your WOW CLUB membership will be paused and your points will no longer be accessible until you decide to resubscribe. We understand that without communication, the Club loses its usefulness for you.
