Our balloons arrive flying, hand-personalized and decorated with scraps of the prettiest fabrics. They arrive in an XL box, inflated and inscribed, READY to decorate your party in an instant.

DELIVERY: The day you specify (Tuesday to Friday). Purchase 3 days in advance and note that no shipments or deliveries are made on holidays. Delivery may be made half a day earlier depending on your location.

SHIPPING COSTS: Due to the volume and care required for this type of product, there are additional shipping costs. The price depends on your postal code and corresponds to the shipment of a single product. Shipping available to Spain and Portugal (Peninsula only).

GUARANTEE: Once delivered and in good condition, it is the customer's responsibility to take the necessary precautions to ensure the balloon lasts as long as possible. Please read our durability chart carefully.

RETURNS: Returns or cancellations are not accepted once the order has been processed.

In the event that an order is damaged or defective, La Fiesta de Olivia only offers a refund of your order upon receipt of a photograph sent by the customer and always within the first 12 hours after receiving the order.
