Cupcakes recipe very easy and light

cupcake_light_easy_recipe

These colorfully topped cupcakes, as well as being incredibly decorative for children's parties , are so easy to make that they can be cooked with the children .
To decorate the Cupcakes you have to let your imagination run wild. And if your imagination fails you... don't worry. At Olivia's Party we have many capsules with matching Toppers, ideal as the ones you will see in the photo. These are ideal for decorating a themed children's party in the purest Pirates of the Caribbean style.
Here's the recipe... it's great!

CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES (for 12 units)
100 g butter, soft
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (100 g) brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup (120ml) milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of baking powder
11/2 cups (210g) flour
4 tablespoons chocolate powder

1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature. In a bowl place the butter, granulated and brown sugar; beat until mixture is pale and foamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour in the milk and vanilla extract; beat until blended.
2. Add, with surrounding movements, the rest of the ingredients until incorporated and set aside.
3. In 12 muffin molds, place the paper capsules that you like the most and butter. Pour the reserved mixture and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a wooden stick inserted into the center comes out clean and dry. Remove from oven and let cool on a rack.

THE COVERAGE
Instead of using the traditional glaze for the toppings, we suggest using Philadelphia cheese, so that the result is creamier, easier to make and, above all, less heavy for children.
1. In a bowl, place 1/2 a package of Philadelphia cheese and heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave. Add 2 cups of icing sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
2. Mix well and, if it is very dry, add milk and return to the microwave for a few seconds.
3. Then it is mixed with the vegetable dyes and the decoration is patiently worked on.
