CONTEST RULES "CHRISTMAS 2012"

Olivia's Party, on November 18, 2012.

1. Organize

Olivia's Party organizes a DRAW called CHRISTMAS 2012 in order to retain its community of fans.

2. Disassociation with respect to Facebook

Facebook is in no way associated with, sponsoring, endorsing or administering this promotion. The user completely disconnects from Facebook and is aware that he is providing his information to La Fiesta de Olivia and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used to process the contestant's participation and to notify him of the prize in the event that he is the winner.

3. Scope and Duration

The activity will take place throughout the territory of Peninsular Spain. The start date of the contest will be November 18, 2012 and the end date will be November 30, 2012 at 12:00 hrs.

4. Requirements to participate

They may participate in the promotion:

All natural persons over the age of 18 with legal residence in Spain who are fans of the official Facebook page of La Fiesta de Olivia and who have a real user profile on Facebook.

Children under 18 years of age may not participate. If any of the people excluded from participation is the winner, they will lose their right to obtain the prize won and it will proceed to deliver it to the next person who meets the valid participation conditions among the designated substitutes.

5. Awards. General conditions

A Christmas Box valued at €60 will be awarded, which will be delivered within a maximum period of 4 weeks to the address provided by the winner.

6. Mechanics of the contest

The contest will take place on the Olivia's Party Blog and will be published through the official Facebook page.

To participate in the contest you will need:

-Be a fan of La Fiesta de Olivia on Facebook or become a Fan.

-Leave a comment on our blog

Each user may only participate in the promotion once.

7. Selection of the winner

The winner will be chosen by a random number generated by the web http://www.random.org

Each participant will have an assigned, correlative number generated by the spreadsheet that the promotion itself generates from the list of participants.

8. Communication of the winner

If we are unable to contact the winner within 24 hours of the first contact attempt, or if the winner renounces the prize, we will proceed to select a new winner, with the previous winner losing their right to claim the prize. The winner will receive the prize at the address that he will have communicated to us. Offer reserved for Peninsular Spain.

9. Reservations and limitations

Olivia's Party is exempt from any liability in the event of an error in the data provided by the winners themselves that prevented their identification. Likewise, it is not responsible for possible losses, deterioration, theft or any other circumstance attributable to the post office that may affect the delivery of the prizes.

10. Acceptance of the bases

The simple participation implies the acceptance of these bases, so the manifestation in the sense of non-acceptance of all or part of them will imply the exclusion of the participant and as a consequence of this, La Fiesta de Olivia will be released from compliance with the obligation contracted with said participant.
