A Communion with a "wink" to Soccer
Hello everybody! If you are reading this post it is because you are looking for inspiration for the Communion of your son, nephew or client. TRUE? Well, you are in the right place. ;)
I am very excited to show you this First Communion party that we organized a while ago for a child, like many others, freaked out by Football. His mother wanted him to have a touch of Vintage Football , without falling into the colors of his favorite team or the typical symbology of shields, balls, etc...
We did not want it to look like a children's birthday party, and to do so, we should not stray from the initial order: an elegant First Communion party, with a "wink" to football as a sport that Joan loved so much.
The chosen tones were white, black, wood and green. To give it a vintage touch, we use fabric with a large black/white Vichy check in several of the decoration details and throughout the graphic design.
A large printed banner that we designed especially for the party welcomed the guests. It was placed at the entrance of the house, on a wooden easel to give it height, along with a smooth white XL Latex balloon decorated with a tissue paper tassel in green tones sewn by hand. The effect upon arrival was WOW.
The Candy bar was the center of attention of the party. As we did not have a wall that was behind us, we used a soccer net that gave a super special and different touch to the table. There was no shortage of the children's favorite candies, butter cookies decorated in the shape of a soccer ball, chocolate balls and our already well-known candies of Soccer model candies with the personalized label with Joan's name as party favors for the children. children.
I think the black Vichy tablecloth and the grass-like textured table runner gave the Chic touch to this table. As always the Lolita girls designed a beautiful cake as well as delicious. In order not to make such a big cake, we decided to make a cake for 12 people, plus Cake Pop and Cupcakes of the same flavor for everyone. With this we managed to make a table of the most varied, with ceramic stands of different heights , boxes, glass jars , etc...
As a stage for the magician and Photocall , we set up a back with a silver Foil curtain and a Vintage Football garland that decorated the space a lot and gave a lot of play.
The tables for adults were decorated with centerpieces with ground plants and a large white Xl balloon decorated with black and white Vichy ribbon. Plants of different sizes and varieties were decorated with a sign with Joan's name and the date. These centers would serve for each family to take a souvenir home. I recommend this idea, in this way the centerpieces, in addition to decorating, serve as a detail to give to each invited family.
I hope you liked it a lot and it gives you many original ideas for your First Communion or birthday party.
