Step by step of the edible brown "mud":

1. Mix the dry ingredients in the bowl or tray and slowly add the warm water. Stir the mixture well, adding more water if necessary. If the mixture is too thin, add more cornstarch to thicken.

One of the fun things about this "mud" is that it looks a lot like a liquid, but feels like a solid! They will have a great time!

2. Hide the plastic bugs and some other distracting items inside the mud. Some may be visible to motivate children to look for more.

3. Add the exploration tools.

4. Invite the children to explore the table. You can encourage them to look for hidden bugs, count how many bugs they can find, or classify bugs by type.

Not only will this activity give kids a super fun experience, but it will also allow them to learn about different types of Bugs. and insects, encourage their curiosity and enhance their sensory development.

And to complete the theme, don't forget to explore the Bugs collection Just arrived from Olivia's Party. Prepare your garden, your party will become the setting for little explorers in search of exciting discoveries!
