Tissue paper garlands tutorial

This tutorial has blown my mind and I want to share it with you!! They are very special garlands in English called "Tassel Garlands" made with tissue paper that are used to decorate a children's party, give a vintage touch to a wedding, decorate a very Cool table in summer... they look good with everything. The most important thing is to get the color combination right. A piece of advice... something gold or silver gives it a less childish look.
